The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! We had the Shake Shack burger and the Shake Shack chicken. Both were incredible! We had the regular fries and the black truffle fries……again…..DELICIOUS! The atmosphere was chill. The service was good and relatively quick for the time of day. We will happily come back again and again.
We got to eating so quickly the only shot I got of one of the chicken sandwiches was a small piece of fallen lettuce. LOL!

The Shake Shack in Towson seems like a good idea, for Towskn residents, but, actually a nightmare!
The location is right by the Towson Circle, where you have to wrave in a circle of traffic and choose between Joppa Rd, York Rd and Dulaney Valley. The only parking situation you have, includes having to walk a block or 2 and maybe crossing a busy street.

Shake Shack has no meals or combos. So, you have to order every item. They only cook the burgers medium well, so, no point in asking for it to be cooked well done. The foo, itself, is pretty good. The pricing is more than your regular fast food chains, but, lower than 5 Guys.

The service at this particular location leaves much to be desired. The cashier did not tell me there were no combo meals at Shake Shack, the active manager did. And, when I got my order and it wad only a burger and milkshake, no fries, and I said something, they got smart with me. Even tild me "bye, bye" like that was gonna make me not want fries still. The issue got resolved, but, that still left a nasty impression on me, as far as service goes.

I can't recommend this location for that reason. You may be better off utilizing a delivery app to order food from here.

We ordered a Shackburger and a Smokeshack with fries. Burgers and fries were delicious. There were not many people there on a Saturday, so we got our order quickly.
Bathrooms could have been cleaner though.

The smokeshack burger is okay. The peppers are diced so you can’t tell they’re cherry peppers. The peppers have a kick to them but that’s all the burger has. It’s okay at best and i only bought it because it’s a buy one get one free on ubereats. It’s good to see they’re still using the dumb wooden forks for the fries.

A really cool, chill burger place with a simple, high quality menu. The burgers are INSANELY delicious and so are the fries. My kid claimed she became #1 in fries that night and there is a huge ketchup pump. The shakes are made with custard so they are decadent and satisfying. The chicken is also good.

You cannot beat a shack burger, add their crispy onions and you’re good to go. Staff is always friendly and it’s my favorite smash burger spot in the area, the French fries are better than you had in elementary school (crinkle) and they have Abita root beer that is one of my favorites on draft.
They also offer milkshakes and they offer special burgers and chicken sandwiches throughout the year.
Danny Meyer who founded Shake Shack has a book “Setting the Table”, he’s built an amazing culture in his restaurants that you notice when you’re there, from the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff.

My recent visit to Shake Shack left me with mixed feelings. Let's start with the good: the burger and fries were undeniably delicious. The patties were juicy, and the fries were crispy, just as one would expect from this renowned establishment.

However, the experience was marred by a few shortcomings. Parking was a hassle, which added unnecessary stress to what should have been a simple outing. Additionally, the cashier's unfriendly demeanor and raised voice towards one of my family members were disappointing and uncomfortable.

Overall, while the food at Shake Shack lives up to its reputation, improvements in customer service and parking arrangements are necessary for a more enjoyable dining experience.

I love the customer service the manager here his name is Kenny. He was very helpful in trying to figure out what I wanted to order and everything was made fresh!! He was very sweet, every time I come I want him to make my food!
