Visiting here from Mississippi. I came here for the first time. First of all only one hour parking when I was planning to eat and lay back and rest a few hours before driving on to my destination. So that didn't happen. As I drove on to a place where I could stay in the parking lot for more than an hour and gave my money and business to that place. (Loss Revenue Rutters)
Also it's cold here. Why all these flies
Also let's address a friend getting the $ 2.00 off of 2 sandwiches and when the cashier rang it up they didn't automatically honor that. She was told $6.00 plus until she asked about it.
So Rutters are you ripping off people over this $ 2.00 promotion ? that needs to be addressed in every Rutters.
Also please add an extra butter to the menu screen. Address these issues please.

They have a sign that says you get a free tornado when you buy two Pepsi products. It's false. They will not give it to you. One person told me it was automatic, but it didn't work and didn't know how to make it work. One person told me that you only get one a month (that is not clearly stated on the sign)... One person suggested that maybe my card was broken! They mislead you, in hopes that you will buy it anyway. That's a very old scam, and I won't fall for it. But trying to insult my intelligence while doing it, really pisses me off. Bring on the Wawa's!

The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is always friendly. Their food is prepared quickly and their prices are good. Their wings are really good!

Our first time here at a Ritter’s. The staff is friendly and they have a huge selection! There are alot of pumps at the fuel island and they also have truck parking. Being from the south, we seen so many different flavors of beverages that we haven’t seen before. The store is clean, restrooms are clean, store stocked, and they also have a casino section inside. Will definitely stop in here again!

Not gonna lie, we eat here a LOT since my husband works night and nothing else is open, we've got some bad food before, wrong orders, undercooked, falling apart but tonight just tops it all....

My husband got a burger that if I didn't see it with my own eyes I wouldn't even believe it, literally looks like 1/3 of the burger patty was just ripped off and completely missing when he opened it.

I've worked customer service most of my life and very sad that the person that answered the phone couldn't have cared less, not even a shred of politeness or compassion. I understand you get what you get when you rely on gas station food but seriously, someone either deliberately ripped this or was so negligent in the preparation that they somehow didn't notice or care that something is very clearly wrong with this hamburger patty.

I'm completely confused as to how this could have gone so wrong. You can see from my profile I leave many many reviews and rarely have harsh negative feedback, but honestly it's a gross and very concerning and made worse by a careless staff member (or at least two, including whoever prepared this meal for human consumption.)

Spotted Lanternflies were everywhere. The bathroom is a single stall, which is weird for a convince store. Waited in a line to use it. The bathroom was also dirty. Although the food was good, my chicken sandwich was just 3 chicken tenders put in between the buns, making it hard to pick up. The ladies at the food area were very nice though.
