I had a fantastic experience shopping at Leon’s! Sawsan was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. I purchased some beautiful tables, and she made sure I got a great deal. Her knowledge and friendly attitude made the entire experience so pleasant. She explained the protection plan in detail, and it just made sense to add it for peace of mind. I’m very happy with the customer service and highly recommend asking for Sawsan if you’re shopping at Leon’s. Thanks for the wonderful service!

The two fellas that delivered the sofa were great. Despite the heavy snow fall through the night they still were courteous enough to take their boots off at the door and took great care to unwrap, assemble and take the waste material with them. Kudos to the sales associate, Heidar Jordan, and the delivery team.

Purchasing was a breeze. Salesman not pushy at all. Very helpful. Delivery was right on time. Leon’s communication and delivery tracking system was easy to follow. Delivery personnel, friendly and professional. Only negative, our love-seat arrived dirty in a few places. Photos were taken. Waiting to hear from Leon's as to next steps. Update: in the time it took for me to write this post, Leon’s customer service called me. Offered 1. a technician to come and clean the love seat or 2. I clean it myself and they will provide a discount. We opted for a technician to clean. Very happy with the speedy call and resolution options. Thank you Leon’s.

My experience was better than I could have expected. The recliner I was interested in had been on sale the week before. I live 50 minutes away and couldn't get in while the sale was on. Janie helped me, worked with her manager to get me the sale price which was $200 less, and I bought it on the spot. They even threw in free shipping! I don't have the chair yet, but when I tried it in the showroom my first thought was "I'm home"! I get it delivered in 6 days and I can hardly wait! What is great shopping experience! I highly recommend Leon's and it will be the first place I go to the next time I need furniture!

Visited the Queensview Drive location, Aug 26/24. Dealt with Sales Representative, Toofic and he was great! Honest, no pushy sales, and his knowledge was impressive. You could tell he took pride in his position and Leon’s. Recommend you ask for him next visit

We had a fantastic buying experience through Leon's. Would really like to call out Shivani who was an extremely kind and courteous sales associate. She took her time to walk through options and really did her best to give us the best price for our bedroom set as well. Moreover, she followed up after the sale to ensure we were comfortable with what we had got. The delivery team was very efficient and accommodating as well. Something else I appreciated was the honesty in their sales process and honoring their commitments including assembly and delivery. Would definetely come back for more furniture shopping through this particular Leon's.

After many hours of searching, browsing various providers' websites, and reading countless reviews (as I am a review writer myself and believe in helping others with their decisions), we found a great Black Friday deal at Leon’s.
We were given an expected arrival date that wasn’t ideal but manageable. There was no indication that this expectation could be delayed by a month or more…

I appreciate the gentleman on the phone who has been kind and accommodating, but this issue lies with the company. If they cannot manage their supply chain, how can they sell items they are unable to provide?

Unfortunately, I am left with a few options. Canceling the order isn’t feasible since I can’t get a comparable deal elsewhere within the same budget. I chose Leon’s for their quality service, but perhaps opting for a lower-quality sofa with a more reliable delivery would have been a better decision.

I’d appreciate it if Leon’s could take more responsibility in situations like this and avoid conveying the message of ‘It is what it is.’

We called twice, as recommended by the marketing manager on this thread, but we couldn’t get through. Hoping to resolve the issue, we went to the store in person, believing their message suggested a willingness to mitigate the situation or present an offer. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

The store's marketing manager was neither respectful nor professional, making our visit very unpleasant. Not only did he fail to present any offer, but his response appeared to be a mere formality as part of his job. He acted disrespectfully throughout the interaction. For instance, he asked us twice to follow him to his office, only to return to the same task of reading my complaint—something he could have done the first time. His unclear directions left us unsure whether to enter his office or wait by the cashier, causing unnecessary back-and-forth.

Even as we waited, seated on a sofa, hoping he might recognize and adjust his rude behavior, his dismissive tone and lack of courtesy remained consistent throughout the conversation.

When leaving the store, we noticed something interesting: a kind lady was offering visitors water, snacks, and small toys while asking them to leave a 5-star review for a chance to win a ~$200 draw. While this is certainly a creative way to gather high ratings, it unfortunately does little to reflect the actual experience we had.

We recently made a purchase from Leon’s, and the experience was absolutely flawless from start to finish. The salesperson was amazing—knowledgeable, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we needed. The movers were equally impressive, handling everything with care and efficiency. The entire process was super easy, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Very impressed and will definitely be returning for future purchases. Highly recommend!
