We purchased a love seat from their limited selection in their showroom. We arranged for delivery only to have the wrong item delivered to our house.
When contacting Leon’s they weren’t very apologetic or flexible with providing the correct item for delivery within the same week.
This furniture piece was never removed from the delivery truck in our driveway.
When we went into the store to discuss the issue the salesman picked up the phone in front of us to phone the warehouse to confirm that the item was returned. It was a little rude to question our integrity in front of us especially when their delivery men never removed it from the truck.

I went to purchase a bed frame and found one on clearance. When I brought it home it is clearly missing hardware (nothing but loose fitting dowels to connect each corner of the bed) and had no instructions . The first service rep told me that the bed was held together by these loose fitting dowels and that they contacted the supplier for instructions ( the instructions are on the Leon’s website which featured the missing L, bracket connectors.) I called a second rep who ended up giving me two options, I could pay $50 and have someone come put it together ( which makes no sense because they don’t have the hardware to put it together anyways) or a refund. There was 0 effort by Leon’s to solve the problem. Their idea of customer service is to sell non functional products and then ask for another $50 to somehow magically fix a problem.

Good place to browse if you're in the market for furniture, mattresses, appliances and such. At times, stock can move at a good pace hence, if you see something at an incredible price, it very well may not be there when you come back. Personally, I found the staff to be really good; not overbearing or pushy but there when and if you need them.

Bought a Simone sectional couch a couple of years ago for over $1000. At the time of purchase was only offered a fabric warranty and was not told anything about a frame warranty. The couch springs in two cushions did not hold up to 2 years of moderate use.

Wife and I went in to look for a dishwasher. We were there 10 minutes and never spoke to a soul. Good prices but if you need help, you should ask from the get go.

Got good prices on some well maintained furniture, sales person wasn't pushy and quite easy to talk to will definitely recommend checking it out

Probably the worst place I ever been in. Furniture is junk.. all beat up and wobbley and horrible customer service... I would rate this 0/5 if possible.. save yourself lots of trouble and go to the brick.
