Javier was great and the service he provided was even better. I walked in wanting a couple of items and kept making changes and adding to the order which totaled many items and $1,500. This did not frustrate him at all. He kept plugging along modifying the order and informing me of the differences in features the products had. Overall I received excellence in service from Javier and I will make this my Grainger of choice because of him.

Can’t ever talk to anyone direct. Always a calla center in Chicago. Who keeps a poor inventory compare to what’s actually at the store

Just haven't had many good experiences. Too complicated of a phone service, duplicate orders and nonsense. They do try to correct it but having to make 2 or 3 phone calls when I can make one at the rope and soap dealer down the street. 2 stars because their return process is almost no hassle.

These guys here are amazing! Came in about a week ago and needed help with some equipment. Omar and his staff helped me find what I was looking for and even went over and beyond to set it up. Thanks and will definitely come again!

PreOrdered material pick-up was great and quick.
Checking out with store stock was slowed down by the cashier being engaged in a personal conversation with a friend.

Grossly over priced products and their counter sales are slower than a snail. I make this place my last resort and dread coming here when I have to.

The only issue I had is when you walk in. It's confusing to see who's next in line. There are no numbers or line. They don't even have anybody assigned to acknowledge the next customer. There was 3 customers when I walked in and we would just look at each other wondering how the process works.

If you need instructions on how to have terrible customer service Grainger employees are the go to leaders. They treated me like I was bothering them. This is how you witness a few grand $$$ walk right out of a place of business.
