I came here to shop for a good amount of things that I was looking for someone else and I got frustrated bc I couldn't find a lot of them for a bit. The two girls at the front were very nice and asked me if I needed help. So one came and was soo great at helping me find exactly these multiple items with a smile on her face. She knew that store so well with every item. Never was frustrated with me even though I had more and more things to find. Absolutely stellar top notch customer service and sales skills. Even when some items were out of stock, she showed me what was similar and was able to sell me those items in place. Talk about your best sales girls!! Give them a raise! They deserve it and the biz will be even more successful and make more profit. 10/10 rating on my scale.

Went to this store today. It was filthy. So many boxes littered the aisles, making it hard to shop and reach items. That's also a safety hazard to customers... I'm actually shocked for a store in this high scale of a shopping center. The cashier was rude and didn't even speak back when I said hello to her. Pretty much acted as if she didn't want to wait on me at all the whole transaction. I'll stick to my regular store in white marsh since I only went to this one because we were in the area.

The staff is very nice there. The lady helping checking people out yesterday was warm and friendly. My only complaint is the yoga mat. It stunk so badly of chemicals once opened. I had it in the laundry room at first but when I went to switch the clothes I could barely breathe in their so I moved it to the balcony to air out overnight.

The store was A MESS! they were opening stock but there was zero organization so it interfered with shipping. I had to move boxes several times just to walk around. One guy opened a box in front of me then walked away and left it in the aisle. The rest of the store was a mess as well... merchandise was strewn all over the place. Hot mess.

Clean location. Store was a little crowded with boxes but it was obviously stocking up for the holiday season. Lots of great items at good prices. Friendly staff
