Purchased a glass display case for our new coffee shop. Great service, I called ahead of time to check what they had in stock and they were happy to answer all of my questions. Having shopped around quite a bit, the prices are definitely competitive- I wasn’t able to find anything similar within $300 of their price.

Assembly of the shelf was pretty straight forward and when I called with a question they answered it without a problem.

Will definitely be back for any of my display or fixture needs.

I called in and Shaun helped me through it all he even video called me to walk me through it.

Artist & Crafter... I bought two grid wall panels with all accessories that I needed to stage my canvas for my following shows. Shawn went above & beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He drew up a visual aid and clearly explained how to properly set up the panels. He even made sure grid panels fit in my SUV. I went into the store with the intent of buying the 2x7s but they were too long, so I went with the 2x6s instead. Most importantly the money I saved!!! Not just on shipping because this store was in my area but the prices were about half less to what I had researched at other stores online.
I am very pleased with my overall experience and purchase.

Purchased a trophy case.

Amanda was a great help. I needed it assembled, delivered and set-up, as my wife and I are retired and unable to do so ourselves. Although there was a charge, for the services, it was well spent, as the delivery and set-up were flawless. Shawn and Amanda re a joy to work with. I have since purchased additional shelves and brackets for the case.

They advertise free assembly but that isnt true. I purchased four double sided gondola shelves. Shawn Carson asked me would I like them to be assembled when I picked them up and I said yes. When it was time to pick up my order Shawn Carson sent me an email with installation instructions instead. I spent almost $1500 that day..I was disappointed to say the least. They are about money, not costumer service. I thought I found the perfect spot for my store, but I was wrong. Also, he let me know that they had ran out of the bottom pieces for the shelves when I arrived to pick them up. I wasnt offered anything to replace the missing parts, or any of my money back. Lost a customer.

I like buying commercial grade fixtures to decorate my home with because they are often more durable and have designs beyond what we can buy popping into a big box store. DJE has a nice selection of new and used items to check out. Great deals for curio display stands, hat stands and more. Super excited to get their second-hand mannequins for Halloween.

Ordered almost $3800 worth of display cases, glass shelves, and accessories. Scheduled delivery for two weeks later. On the day of delivery, no one from DJE store fixtures called or showed up on the delivery date. Finally called to check on the status of delivery 15 minutes before they closed, only to find out they weren't coming that day and didn't have a large portion of the items we ordered in stock. Could not tell me when the items they ordered would be in stock either. When asked why no one called to inform us that Dje store fixtures would not be showing up after having us sit at the building all day expecting their arrival, the guy simply said, that's my fault, i apologize. The gentleman said they would call when they could provide a tracking number to our order and that was it. After writing them an email and calling and leaving a message, we showed up at 9am the following morning for a full refund. Again, no one said anything, no sorry we missed communicated with you, no offer of discount on merchandise since we waited for delivery the whole day prior without a phone call or anything from them. They did refund our full amount paid, but said nothing. Then after we got home and started making other arrangements for the cases they couldn't deliver on, they got my email regarding a discount or some sort of repayment for wasting two weeks waiting for them, only to have them no call and no show on delivery date and a full day of sitting around the building expecting delivery. They offered part of our order at 10% off, as that's all they actually had in stock, even though we were told they had more in stock the day prior. If you depend on a business to deliver cases for your business, then find a professional company. Dje store fixtures is not a professional company. Had Dje said sorry or anything even vaguely like a real apology, it would left us with a better experience, however no calling and no showing on delivery date, then not one word as to sorry about your experience, etc... Is unacceptable. We don't do business like that and will spend our money with a professional company, that actually delivers what's ordered or tells you when they can't show up.

Follow up to owners response: Your father was more than aware our items were not going to be delivered and that our order was not in your warehouse on the day of the delivery. He said he was aware our order was not going to be fulfilled but didn't know why. As for you not apologizing on the day of the refund... It only take a second to say sorry. That morning, you literally walked by us twice in the office as your dad was running the credit card and you didn't want him to issue a refund via credit card so you didn't get charged the cc fees. I said wow, your CC company even charges you to issue you a refund, you said yep and walked out. You guys dropped the ball on this order and now act like it's a mystery how this happened in your response. Your Dad told us your company knew our order was delayed, but didn't know why? No one called to let us know our order was delayed OR that DJE wasn't going to be showing up on the delivery date, you had plenty of time to apologize if you really cared... Kicker is you only cared when I left an honest review about your company and how you treated a customer.
