Roland and Charley are by far the best estate agents in Moraira, and I can say this with confidence having registered with every agent in town. All of the other agents simply bombarded us to varying degrees with everything they had in their price range, despite having been given a very specific brief.
Roland and Charley had a very clear understanding of what we were looking for, and didn't waste our time with properties they knew we wouldn't be interested in. They kept in regular touch over the course of nearly a year, and they knew they'd found "the house" for us as soon as it came on the market, and they ensured we were the first (and only) people to see it. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process and gave us lots of good advice.
Since we bought the house, they have helped us find good local tradespeople and are currently helping us to find reputable builders for our renovations. We trust their advice and could not recommend them more highly.
