Mack did a great job. He knows his stuff and answers all your questions. They actually let you try any headphone before buying. They use new eartips for each demo. I bought the new Sennheiser momentum Tru wireless. If I hadn't been able to listen to them first I would have never dropped $300 on a pair. Glad I demoed them. Probably the best set of tru wireless I own. I highly recommend InMotion at SJC airport.

They are overpriced by 10-25%, but realize when you're about to board a flight and depending on your audio/video/accessory needs, minus the pain in the donkey of a 6hr flight with a potential crying baby(happened to me on 4 of 7 flights), or a really loud ride or a need for entertainment from the lack of entertainment on some flights or flights with jacked up entertainment... you might like the products they have. They are more expensive, but it's not like you buy products(food,electronics, magazines, breath mints, etc) b/c of the bargain prices at the airport; this is the airport! To be fair, inMotion do offer decent to very good gear.

Very helpful and accommodating. They had headphones I could try on before purchasing, and they were knowledgeable about them. Despite being in an airport, I only had to pay normal retail price.

Overpriced electronics boutique.
I'm not sure what the market is for these places are but if you've got a few hundred dollars burning a hole in your pocket and want some second rate electronics they're here for you.
