We are new to the pharmacy and we want to let you know Sam, the owner, and his staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. My prescription was filled as needed and at an extremely affordable price. So nice to have the personal connection as opposed to the big pharmacy corps we have been using. We highly recommend Floresta Pharmacy.

Came up on my pharmacy app as marginally the best price pharmacy.
When I called, they asked for my doctor, not my pharmacy to transfer my prescription.
Then they told me due to the large volume of prescriptions being fulfilled, they are charging an additional $10 per prescription!
Well, that put their prices above those such as even Publix!
This place is a SCAM!!!
Update:
I was offered my prescription for $9.81 more than Publix.
So,I nearly saved a whopping.19 with Floresta!!!!(If the additional $10 upcharge were to be removed)
Hooray Floresta!!!!
To be CLEARER, This was due to their policy of a additional $10 per script due to a large volume of prescription transfers to Floresta, NOT because I insisted to have my pharmacy rather than my doctor transfer the scripts! (As explained to me during my phone call, transferring my script via my pharmacy wasn't even a option!!!)

Let me thank Floresta for their greed as I ordered from Dirx for $15 + free shipping (saving me $4.87 for my other script)NO MATTER WHO TRANSFERS MY SCRIPS!
So, for now,it will be Publix for one script, and Dirx for the other (saving me $4.87 on the latter script if the $10 greedy upcharge was removed at Floresta which was never even offered by the person on the Floresta phone call)!

Editing my review:
The pharmacist called me shortly after my review and was very apologetic and said he would make sure my medication would be in each month. He acknowledged the issues that happened and the problems that occurred for me as a result. I decided to give this pharmacy another shot. I have used this pharmacy for filling that same medication for months now, with no issues. Thank you for reaching out to me to fix the problem.

Told me they would have to special order my medication, (a very common medication). They told me it would be in on Tuesday. No call, no info. Called Wednesday to see if I can pick up today. Medication is not there. This is a medication that is needed in order to not go through withdrawals.
Employee, then states that the company they order from are always unreliable and now wouldn't be in until Friday. If they are always unreliable, why are you still using them as a supplier of common medications? Now I am completely out of medication. Thank you.
I was going to switch to this pharmacy but will not be now. I Do not recommend using this pharmacy.

Never any issues. They reach out to me for all refills they are on top of their game.. I highly recommend this pharmacy!!

I am so happy that Floresta Pharmacy was recommended to me! The staff there is extremely nice, they always notify me as soon as my prescription is ready, the store is clean, and they go out of their way to get what you need. There are no 30 minute waits to pick up your prescriptions (like in some other local places). You're in and out. The construction work outside in the street is somewhat of an inconvenience, but not nearly as much as going to other pharmacies. And that will end!!

OMG, The staff at Floresta Pharmacy are top notch, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always so helpful. Several months ago, I switched to Floresta Pharmacy from Winn-Dixie, which I had used for several years. However, once the manager retired, and they went through several other pharmacists and managers in a short time; The service started to suffer. For several weeks, you would just get a phone ringing...all day long, hour upon hour, day upon day, you couldn't get through. Even to ask a question. However, during that time of transition, there was a ray of sunshine still left behind. Holly, the best darn pharmacy tech I've ever dealt with. She knows me by my ?, by my voice when I call. She knows my date of birth without having to ask. She knows all of the medications I take, whether I use brand or generic. She always calls before filling an expensive script, as I am on a limited income. She is just so amazing. She couldn't stay at a pharmacy that was quickly losing their reputation, she cares too much about her patients. As soon as I found out she went to Floresta Pharmacy, I called Sam right away to see if he would accept my prescriptions, (I take about 32 different ones), and he said of course, come join my family. Holly has fit right in and has made Floresta Pharmacy shine us bright as her smile. I just love her so much. She and the rest of the staff are top notch. Best pharmacy EVER!!

So glad I found this pharmacy! I’ve been dealing with shortage issues at another chain pharmacy for a medication I take. I was relieved to find out Floresta Pharmacy had it in stock and I was blown away at how kind, helpful and efficient they were every step of the way. They were not irritated or inconvenienced by my questions or requests. It’s the kind of service you hope for but rarely see in a business! I highly recommend.
