Very clean and bright store. Nam was very friendly and helpful. He helped me with issues in my mom’s iPad and helped me replace the new SIM card in IPad. It seems they are short of staff on the weekend and I wish the wait time could be a bit of shorter next time. Thank you.

My recent visit to this palace was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only was the customer service appalling, but the aftermath of my visit left me dealing with unusual account activity.

Upon arrival, the staff seemed disinterested in assisting me and were downright dismissive when I raised concerns about their services. It was as if they couldn't care less about helping their customers. The lack of professionalism was evident throughout my interaction with them.

To make matters worse, shortly after leaving this place, I noticed unusual activity in my account. While I can't definitively attribute this to my visit, the timing is highly suspicious and concerning.

Overall, my experience at this T-Mobile retail store was regrettable and I would strongly advise against anyone expecting decent customer service or care for their concerns to avoid this place at all costs.

I normally post reviews often, but Cindy is literally a life saver. I recently had my phone stolen, so I swung by the T-Mobile store to get a replacement. However, all my contacts and info were gone and I didn't remember any of my password for my Apple ID. I'm not sure what Cindy did, but she definitely went above and beyond to help me restore my login. Most definitely recommend Cindy as the go to rep if you were to visit.
