Gilbert Anthony (the store manager) likes to choose when and where he “enforces policies” that don’t even exist in ANY NAVcode.

I am disabled & my husband is in the military. I’m not going to get into what happened in my one time dealing with Gilbert but, he clearly has no idea what he is doing and his presence makes the other employees and customers clearly uncomfortable. Big Navy really should check into the quality of service and products sold here. Again, my expectation is not very high however; the profiling here is insane on a sociological status.

Overall good store. Friendly employees. Management on the other hand, no so much. They have 0 understanding or customer service. I hope your toddler never needs to use the restroom because that will just be annoying for them that an under 5 year old has to go so they have to violate their store policy of no public restroom. I understand the policy and do no use it myself. Anyone with small children on the other hand knows that children can not hold it like adults. At least be understanding instead of rude.

Everything's all good. Please keep on doing what you're doing, but there is room for improvement though. I'm pretty sure that some customers, if not more than that, would like to see and be able to get the XL sizes of the Hersheys candy bars. That includes the Special Dark brand as well. The price should be at either $1.25 or $1.50. It should be no more than those prices right there. In other stores, the regular civllian stores, the prices are more. In some of those stores, the prices are even way more. So yes, you should try to get the Hersheys XL size candy bars, including and especially the Special Dark brand, in the store, the Navy Exchange stores, that is. Also, I know that inflation, among other things in this world, is causing prices to be like balloons, blowing up and going up. If you can, please try to bring the prices down lower, especially at your gas stations if you have one, or for the ones with gas stations, please help them bring the prices down. The prices at the Military facilities, the Navy Exchange gas stations and "ALL" Military bases here in San Diego, should be no more than $5.00 I understand about the inflation and the other stuff, but like I was saying, it should be no more than $5.00 a gallon, $5.50 at the very most, for regular unleaded gasoline.

I love the staff very sweet ladies and It's clean. But I have bought different things from here several times and I have to throw them away right away since they are either Expired or they taste old. Basically throwing my money away. Go maybe for cleaning products but not for food. Hope they really start thinking on stop giving us bad, old expired food! Is it just me or anybody else also has had this problem?

Been living in the community over a year now, the NEX does not have any real schedule. They open up late and close early all the time. Good luck

Great, clean, and convenient. However, some of the management is a bit rude. They talk down to their cashiers, and yell at eachother in the back room. Just not professional, especially in a military community.

The employees are always so kind and welcoming! The store itself is pretty much always well stocked and very clean.
